Ingredients
- 600 gr Pizza Dough
- Tomato sauce
- 1½ tsp Dried Oregano
- 24 Cherry Tomato
- 6 Semi Dried Tomatoes
- 300 gr Mini Mozzarella
- 10 gr Fresh Basil
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the oregano. Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces and these pieces into 6 equal pieces. Divide these pieces on the baking tray at least 1cm apart.
- Halve the tomatoes; drain the dried tomatoes but reserve 4 tbsp oil. Cut the dried tomatoes into 4 pieces. Divide all the tomatoes over the pizzas. Drizzle with half of the collected oil.
- Bake the pizzas in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool for at least 5 minutes
- Drain the mozzarella, cut in halves and divide over the pizzas. Removes leaves from the basil and scatter over the pizza. Drizzle the rest of the collected oil. Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste
