AH Basic Spaghetti 500 gr
AH Carbonara Pasta Sauce 400 gr
500gr premium bacon, cut into small pieces
250 gr Parmesan Cheese shaved
Salt & Pepper (optional)
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to packing instructions until it is almost ready.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes; reserve excess fat.
3. Working quickly, stir in pasta the carbonara sauce and gently toss to combine; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add the bacon and Parmesan cheese. Continue to mix until it’s all together.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or basil, if desired.
