Salami Chips with Mustard Dip

  • 100 gr Salami slices
  • 10 gr Fresh Parsley
  • 7.5 gr Fresh Dill
  • 2 tbsp Fine Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise


  1. Preheat the oven to 160° C. Place the salami slices in 1 layer on a baking tray lines with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes until crispy chips. 
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and dill. Mix in a bowl with the mustard and mayonnaise to for a dip.
  3. Use a spatula to scoop the salami chips onto a plate lined with kitchen paper, drain and cool. Serve the chips with the dip
