Ingredients
- 100 gr Salami slices
- 10 gr Fresh Parsley
- 7.5 gr Fresh Dill
- 2 tbsp Fine Mustard
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 160° C. Place the salami slices in 1 layer on a baking tray lines with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes until crispy chips.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and dill. Mix in a bowl with the mustard and mayonnaise to for a dip.
- Use a spatula to scoop the salami chips onto a plate lined with kitchen paper, drain and cool. Serve the chips with the dip
