Pokébowl' with melon, mango and avocado

- 1 mini watermelon
- 2 salad onions
- ½ Red pepper
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 ready-to-eat avocados
- 275 g fresh mango pieces
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp oriental spice blend for poke bowl
