Jalapeño burger with avocado
Five ingredients, one of which provides a bit of spice, surprising!

- 4 jalapeño burgers (Try our Sizzle king Jalapeno burger)
- 1 lime
- 125 g crème frache light
- 1 ready-to-eat avocado
- 4 kaiser rolls
1. Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Grill the jalapeño burgers for 12 minutes. Turn halfway through.
2 Scrub the lime clean. Meanwhile, grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze the fruit. Mix the lime zest and half of the lime juice with the crème frache.
3 Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut into cubes. Mix the rest of the lime juice with the avocado.
4 Cut the kaiser rolls in half lengthwise. Spread the bottom halves with some crème frache. Top with the burgers and avocado. Spoon the rest of the crème frache on top. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
