Healthy Chili con Carne   Serves: 4 people  calories: 525 kcal Preparation time: 25 min. Ingredients:  1x Mild olive oil  Lean ground beef +/- 300 gr  4x Mexican bean spice  2 medium size onions  1 red pepper  kidney beans canned 800 gr  1 organic Diced tomatoes canned  Cilantro 15 g  200 gr cream cheese light  1 lime  Preparation:  1. heat the pan using olive oil and mix the ground beef with the mexican spice for 5 minutes.  2.
