Rainbow veggie pancakes BreakfastĀ  Serves 4 peopleĀ  325 calories Prep time: 30 minutesĀ Ā  Ingredients:Ā  100 gr fresh pumpkinĀ  100 gr cut Spinach (frozen) 50 gr Almond flourĀ  50 gr Whole wheat flourĀ  2 eggsĀ  75ml Semi Skimmed milkĀ  1 teaspoon baking poweder.Ā  100 gr cooked red beatsĀ  250 gr diced mango (frozen)Ā  75ml water 3 table spoons mild olive oilĀ  PreparationĀ  1.
